The name rosemary signifies ""Dew of the Sea,"" because it thrives in the salty spray of coastal areas. It has a pleasingly pungent, gently sweet lavender-like fragrance. To this we have added the camphoric green notes of mint and the spicy anise notes of tarragon to bring to mind what one might smell when standing on a sea cliff.
